Through a chapter of the TV series The Simpsons, this article analyzes the ethical and didactic aspects that come into play when a student is supposed to have cognitive restrictions. Theoretical framework included a psycho-educational perspective where the pedagogical issues are articulated with the subjective constitution of the human being.
